1. Advance Payment Requirement

100% advance payment is required to confirm all orders.

This policy applies to all products including curtains, sofa fabrics, mattresses, blinds, and customized furnishings.

2. Reason for Advance Payment

All our products are either premium branded items or specially customized as per customer specifications.

Once an order is placed, materials are procured and production begins immediately, making the order exclusive to the customer.

3. Order Confirmation

Orders will only be processed after full payment is received.

Payment confirmation ensures faster processing and timely delivery.

5. Customization Clause

Since most products are tailor-made (size, fabric, design), they cannot be resold to other customers.

Hence, advance payment is mandatory for all customized orders.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled after processing has begun.

No refunds will be provided for customized or made-to-order products.

In case of any exceptional situation, it will be handled at the sole discretion of management.
