Return & Refund Policy

At Vardhman Furnishings & Mattresses, we deal in premium-quality and customized products. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer any refunds once the order is confirmed and payment is made.

This applies to all products including curtains, sofa fabrics, mattresses, blinds, bedsheets, and customized items.

2. Exchange Policy (Only for Manufacturing Defects)

Exchange is allowed only in case of genuine manufacturing defects.

The issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery with proper photos/videos as proof.

After verification, the product will be eligible for repair or replacement, depending on the situation.

3. Conditions for Exchange

Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Original bill/invoice is mandatory

Product should be returned with original packaging (if applicable)

4. Not Eligible for Exchange

Damage due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

Slight color variation due to lighting or screen differences

Customized or made-to-order products (unless there is a manufacturing defect)

5. Inspection & Approval

All returned products will be inspected by our team

Exchange/replacement will be processed only after approval
